Traditions In Caring is a licensed home care agency that is owned by 5 long term care communities. They are St. Johns Senior Communities, St. Ann's Community, Jewish Senior Life, Friendly Senior Services and Episcopal SeniorLife Communities. We provide home care services within the Monroe County area and surrounding counties. Our services can be very flexible and coordinated to the times and days that you need. We make everyday activities easy again from bathing to dressing, meal preparation and light housekeeping. You may find that you need support after a hospitalization, during a brief illness, after an injury, or for an ongoing basis. All of our services are supervised by a registered nurse to enable you to accomplish what you need in order to remain safe and independent in your home.
