The mission of the Jewish Home of Rochester is to improve the health, well-being and quality of life of our Jewish community’s elderly, as well as that of our general community, being mindful of the values implicit in our Jewish heritage.
The Jewish Home of Rochester, located at 2021 Winton Road South in Brighton, is a 362-bed long-term care community designed for those who may require various levels of care, from independent residents to those who require increased assistance with the activities of daily level. Our services include skilled nursing, the Weinberg-Manson Rehabilitation Center for short-term needs, a newly expanded outpatient rehabilitation services center, a medical adult day services program, dementia care and end-of life care.
